Day 3

In drawing closer to the heart of Christ, my desperate need for grace is revealed.
Today's surrender invites the Spirit to drive me out of my comfort zone,
out into the wilderness, where my self-sufficiency falls short.
Here in the wilderness an old hymn brings great solace
and becomes my song...my prayer.

"Come thou fount of every blessing, tune my heart to sing thy grace;
streams of mercy, never ceasing, call for songs of loudest praise."

  1. Hi Robin, it's nice to meet you...thanks for stopping by my place.

    I love this journal page. Brave girl...asking God to drive you out of your comfort zone...for how else will we see the need for or experience his provision for us...but it can be scary non the less.

    Isn't this an amazing journey, this walking with God... :)

    We have such an amazing, loving, and kind God, eager to be are all in all.

    Grace and Peace.
